IT'S ALMOST MY BIRTHDAY LIKE TOMORROW (well at midnight it'll be tomorrow, but, y'know) AND I'LL BE 23! WHAT DO I DOOOOO?! I HAVE A PETER PAN COMPLEX GROWING UP SUCKS LBEOEOGERPHREKGREG!

...SIGH! At least I'm being taken to dinner on Friday (day of birthday) and going to a bar on Sunday with my brother and our friends (yes, yes we do have some friends in common, I think that is awesome, tyvm!), so there is that. AND my mom bought me a pair of boots, huzzah, I adore boots, I wouldn't know what to do without them!

Sorry if I missed anybody's birthday recently, if I did, happy belated birthday, if I didn't...then just ignore me!

Also, feel free to write me lotsa birthday fics/make me graphics, bwhahaha!

Because I'm stupid that's why, and I'm a little sleep deprived and I'm on my period so blah and thank GOD the mod for my BB has given everybody a 12 hour extension, because I NEED EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THOSE HOURS! Luckily, my ending is almost finished, so there is that, at the very least. I am definitely going to have cut out/shorten things, which annoys me, but whatevs, it'll just be like a DVD or something, you get to see deleted scenes at a later point in time!

Okay, we all know I generally absolutely hate to beg lie lie lie but I could definitely use a beta-reader for my epic Xena: Warrior Princess fic for het_bigbang. You know, if anybody has the time...or cares. It helps if you know the fandom, but if not, that's cool, just somebody to look over my horrible grammar/sentence structure/whatever else I suck at, because I definitely need a beta, like, it's mandatory, haha, but I need one anyway! For anyone that is in the fandom and wants to beta read, the pairings are pretty unconventional, they're Ares/Gabrielle (main pairing), Hercules/Xena and Iolaus/Joxer, but it also touches on Xena/Gabrielle and Ares/Xena, because we all know those were pretty much canon on the show, and I can't ignore them, even if I don't ship Ares/Xena!

If you want the plot, it basically goes like this, everybody is reincarnated, then Gabrielle's modern persona starts having nightmares and flashes of her original life as Gabrielle, and pretty much thinks she's going crazy. Then everybody starts shifting back into their original bodies, and shit goes downhill from there, turns out the Gods aren't dead like they thought, and this time, it's Gabby's turn to be the hero!

Also, there's still a huge need for artists, there's still plenty of time to sign up! *flutters eyelashes*

So, guys, guess who just signed up for a big bang again? Oh, yeah, that would be me! WHY DID I JUST DO THAT?! I have this irrational thing wherein if I fail NaNo, I automatically have to sign up for a big bang just to prove I can write long fics! Ugh, so stoopid! And hey, if anybody wants to be my beta reader again, hit me up, onegai!

Said big bang is here! You should all sign up so I don't feel super stupid for signing up, or left out! Or just sign up to cheer/beta/make purdy arts! ^_^ Also, I have numerous ideas for my fic, and no idea which to pick, so there's another reason to at least join the comm, so y'all can help me decide!

Sorry for not posting in foreeeever, I forgot, as usual! Nothing much of interest has been going on anyway, other than the fact I epically failed NaNo again! (But I at least got 30k words, that's...something, right?) It doesn't bother me though, just means I have to try harder this year! Speaking of, happy belated new year, and christmas, and all that good stuff!

Also! Happy birthday starlit_purple! I hope it's as awesome as you are! Speaking of birthdays, bleeeh, mine is in three days, and I will be 22, which is a boring birthday, really, it's not like I'm gonna be able to do anything at 22 that I can't do now, meh! I still don't even know what I'm going to do for said birthday, siiigh. Whaaatever, just another day to spend with my fam and friends, I reckon!

Been up for waaay too long, can't sleep for shit, so my answer to insomnia? FIC WRITING! Except the fandom is Nikita, and I don't know if any of y'all watch that, but, y'know, whatevs, when has something like that ever stopped me! The latest ep was sooo good, squee. Epic fic will be epic, promise! ♥!

Well! I didn't get drunk (despite what the masses may say, ignore them, my word is the only correct one!), I didn't sleep around, I didn't rob anyone, nor did I commit to murder, I'm not in jail and I'm not stuck in a California hospital, so I would call that weekend a rousing success! ♥!

No, I'm not doing a con report, because I don't do that shit, because I forget things too easily do what I want! But I had so much fun, saw a few panels, paid for a lot of autographs/pics (it was worth it though!), met some extremely awesome people, took lotsa pics (and a couple vids, I'll upload those eventually...or try, at any rate!), and yeah...just had lotsa fun!

I did not get to brainstorm awesome Dillon/K fic with starandrea as planned, but never fear, the brainstorming WILL happen! Speaking of awesome people I got to meet, clearly starandrea was one of those people, goddamn is she fucking epically awesome, I ♥ her even more than I thought possible now! I also met second_batgirl I hung out in her hotel room for about half an hour with a whole bunch of other people whose names (el jay/DW or otherwise) I did not catch! So inform me of them, pleeease!

Fun teims at panels! Especially the SPD panel where Greg basically confirmed Bridge/Z was canon (HAH! I KNEWS IT!), and that they were planning a Sky/Z/Bridge triangle (...OT3 fic will most likely happen, goddamnit). Kim/Aisha fic will also probably happen thanks to Karan Ashley's comment, and possibly Wes/Jen/Eric fic because Dan Southworth likes to kiss his co-stars!

But first thing's first! Happy birthday starandrea ! I can't put into words how much I adore you, and the fact you have absolutely NO problem having entire conversations with me in capslock! I can't wait to be able to glomp you in person, until then, this will have to do! *GLOMPS!* ♥

And now for the freak-out part. MY PS3 HAS PROBABLY KICKED THE BUCKET! I was replaying Dragon Age: Origins Awakening again today, and when I was switching out one party member for another, it randomly froze, it wouldn't go back to normal, and I couldn't press the PS button to quit it, so I just ejected it, and it wouldn't even do that at first, but it DID as SOON as the game started working again, and after that, lo-and-behold, it stopped reading EVERYTHING. It doesn't read PS3 discs, PS2 discs, or movies. I've tried everything I can think of, and I'm ready to cry! I've had this thing since the year they released the PS3, so it's the fat version, the size of a small computer, and I've never had a single fucking problem with it until now!

Fucking figures, bleh. If anybody has annnnyyyy ideas short of just having to get an entirely new shitty PS3 that can't play PS2 games, give me some hints, onegai? ♥ you all!

Sidenote: Outside of my beloved RooRoo, I haven't gotten a single comment about my epic bigbang fic! FIX THIS NAO! (It will make me feel better! *bats eyelashes!*)

Finally, finally turned in my final draft for au_bigbang! The final (at least for now) word count is a little over 35k! I'm quite pleased, although there were some things I just could NOT fit in, every little dangling plot will be answered in a future fic, because I am nowhere close to being done with my precious RPM Power Rangers-as-bounty-hunters verse! My lovely firstie beta starandrea has received it, and after she gets done with it, I shall be shipping it to my equally as lovely second beta dragovianknight  and THEN I shall be posting it on the 28th! SO! I shall be expecting every single one of you (even those that know shit about RPM) to take some time out of your busy day and heap praises upon me read it! Win/Win, yes?

And of course my soon-to-be-wife (oh, we haven't told anyone yet, have we? Oopsie!) bruised_candy has been epic with the epic art, and she will make more for our posting date! So happy! I love you guys!

EPICNESS WILL HAPPEN ON THE 28TH BE THERE OR I WILL CRY! ♥!

Oh, and I almost forgot, stupid me! I've got new friends, yay, POWER RANGERS friends, for that matter, that makes them extra epic! I've made a mirror account of my mysweet_time el jay over on DW, same name, babycakes! mysweet_time  it has absolutely no fics yet because I don't feel like posting all my fics on there yet, too time consuming, but I'll do it before the 28th, so my epic fic will be right there at the very top, teehee!
